Frankie Gale Hubbard, 76, of Bloomfield, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, September 13, 2021 at the Bloomfield Living Center. He was born July 1, 1945 in Scott County, MO, the son of William Carl and Anna Mae Brown Hubbard.
Frankie was a Veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Vietnam War. He worked most of his life as a brick layer before retiring. After retirement he could often be found fishing anywhere from the ditches around Bell City to Big lake at Charleston, MO.
Anyone who knew Frankie or came into contact with him knew he could literally sit and talk for hours about anything. Conversations usually went back to his Army days.
Survivors include: two daughter, Tammie Hubbard of Bell City and Sharon Limbaugh of Troy, MO a sister, Juanita Hubbard Layton of Dexter four grandchildren, Clinton Hubbard of Bell City, Nikki Hubbard of Chaffee, Dustin Sexton of Troy and Jeremy Limbaugh of Advance four great-grandchildren several nieces and nephews.
Frankie was preceded in death by his parents three brothers and four sisters.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel with Rev. Mike Lee officiating. Burial will follow at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO.
