Bonna Lee Rhodes, 98, of McGee, passed away December 16, 2019 at the Mingo Residential Care in Puxico. Bonna was born November 11, 1921 in McGee, MO, the daughter of Earl and Francis McClary Wills.
Bonna had been a homemaker. She attended Shady Dell General Baptist Church.
Bonna and Woodrow Rhodes were united in marriage on September 30, 1939 in Kinder, Mo and he preceded her in death on October 5, 1995.
Survivors include: two son, Donald Lee (Wanda) Rhodes of Dorsey, IL and Jerry (Polly) Rhodes of Puxico three daughters, Virginia (Jack) Martin of Wentzville, MO, Naomi (Chuck) Daves of Advance and Kathy (Larry) Tolbert of McGee 20 grandchildren 37 great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents her husband a grandson a great-grandson and a great-granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Friday December 20, 2019 from 5:00 pm. to 8:00 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. A funeral service will be held on Saturday December 21, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at the chapel with Rev. Larry Underwood officiating. Burial will follow at McGee New Hope Cemetery in McGee, MO.
