Susan Louette Moore, 71, of Kennett, MO, passed away September 25. 2023 at the Pemiscot Memorial Hospital in Hayti, MO. She was born July 5, 1952, in Stoddard County, MO the daughter of Dallas and Mary Lou Bostic Merideth.
Susan spent 23 years working as a material handler for Union Pacific Railroad. She then was employed at Kroger grocery store for 19 years. She had been a clothing model for Catherines Clothing Store. Susan loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She had a passion for music of all kinds and dancing.
Susan and Ronald Moore were united in marriage on June 10, 1977 and he preceded her in death on May 30, 2002.
Survivors include: a son, Terry (Susan) Ronald Moore, of Poplar Bluff, MO two daughters, Audra (Chad) Susan Jennings of Mountain Home, AR and Andrea (Cindie) Moore of Senath, MO two brothers, Kenneth Merideth and Eric Merideth two sisters, Janet Bieber and Bonnie Scatterfield five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents her husband a brother, Dallas Merideth, Jr. and a sister, Barbara Arras.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance, MO. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the chapel with Rev. Tim Ingle officiating. Burial will follow at Morgan Memorial Park in Advance.
