Becky Diane Sides, 50, of Highlandville, MO, passed away on August 21, 2026, at her home. Becky was born April 12, 1976, in Fredericktown, MO, the daughter of Charles E. Walk and Linda Rogers.
Becky was a loving wife, mother, Mimi, and friend whose greatest joy in life was loving and caring for her family. She was the sweetest soul, kind to everyone she met, and the kind of person who made everyone around her feel loved. To know Becky was to love her. She was truly one of a kind and will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Becky loved her husband, Anthony, with all of her heart. Their love was woven into so many of the little things they shared together. She had a passion for all things crafting and loved creating things for others as a way of showing her love. She enjoyed sketching, sewing, and learning how to crochet. Whenever she had an idea for a new project, Anthony was often right there beside her. She would bring him into her crafts, and he would happily learn whatever he needed to know so he could help bring her ideas to life.
Her children and grandchildren held an especially precious place in her heart. Becky loved setting up crafts for her grandbabies and treasured the time they spent creating things together. She made blankets for her children and grandchildren that will forever be cherished, not only for the warmth they provide, but for the love, time, and pieces of Mimi that were sewn into everyone.
Becky was a homemaker, but that title could never fully describe all that she gave to her home and family. She filled her home with love, warmth, laughter, and memories. Family dinners and spontaneous pop-up lunches were some of her favorite things, simply because they meant having her family together. And, of course, a trip to Hobby Lobby was always something to look forward to.
Beckys love was found in the little things: a homemade gift, a family meal, a craft made with her grandchildren, a blanket carefully sewn by hand, or simply being there for the people she loved. She gave her all to her family and left pieces of her heart in everything she touched.
Her family will forever carry her love with them and treasure the memories, traditions, crafts, and countless little pieces of love she left behind.
Becky was deeply loved, and she will be deeply missed. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her husband, children, grandchildren, family, and friends who were blessed to know her. Her love will continue to live on through every handmade creation, every family gathering, every tradition, and every heart she touched.
Becky and Anthony Sides were united in marriage on October 12, 2002, in Poplar Bluff, MO.
Survivors include her husband, Anthony Sides, her mother, Linda Rogers of Wappapello, her father, Charles E. Walk, of McGee, son Landon (Ella Hawkins) Sides of Highlandville, a daughter, Alyssa (Trevor) Cornett of Highlandville, two stepchildren Dustin (Tori) Sides of Ellsinore and Destiny (Jessie) Fraiser of Hillsboro, two sisters Angela (Robby) Ciegler of Shook, MO and Michelle Walk of Wappapello, and nine grandchildren, Emerlyn Fraiser, Paislee Fraiser, Kinzley Lamb, Westin Sides, Lakelynn Cornett, Kambry Fraiser, Lilly Sides, Colter Fraiser, and Callan Cornett.
Visitation will be Thursday August 27, 2026, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026, at 10:00 am both at the chapel with Rev. Tristen Walk officiating. Burial will follow at McGee New Hope Cemetery in McGee, MO.
