Denver Larry Robinett, 77, of Bloomfield, passed away February 9, 2024, at his home. He was born July 2, 1946, in Morley, MO, the son of Charlie Slyvester and Blanche Lorene Matlock Robinett.
For over 40 years he owned and operated Dennys Diesel Repair. Denny was a Veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of the Advance First Baptist Church. Denny was also a member of the Masonic Lodge for over 50 years.
He enjoyed spending time outdoors bird hunting, fishing, farming, and watching mud racing.
Denny and Linda Sue White were married in 2003 and she survives of the home.
Survivors include: wife, Sue Robinett a son, John (Lindsey) Robinett of Dexter two daughters, Laura Issac of Opelousas, Louisiana and Amanda Turner of Jackson two step-children, Angela Jenkins of Dexter and Robert Bedford of Gunsprings, WV a brother, Bill Robinett of Advance two sisters, Phyllis Maddox of Dexter and Rita Scherer of Bloomfield 12 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death his parents and a brother, Charles Robinett.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 13, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. A Masonic service will be held at 11:30 a.m. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. at the chapel with Rev. Eric Shrum officiating. Burial will follow at the Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, MO.
