Harold Webster Gloth, 84, of Whitewater, MO, passed away July 28, 2024, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, MO. He was born November 7, 1939, in Whitewater, the son of William Louis and Edith Irene Snider Gloth.
Harold had a passion for farming, he enjoyed a lifelong career in agriculture. He loved his daily drives checking on his property. His hobbies included hunting, fishing, and riding his UTV.
Harold and Verna Mae Welker were united in marriage on November 2, 1968, and she preceded him in death on January 7, 2021.
Survivors include: his daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Mickey Ackman of Whitewater and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, his granddog and buddy, Clancy, five sisters, seven brothers and two nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance, MO. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at the chapel with Rev. Joe Allen officiating. Burial will follow at Passover Cemetery in Whitewater.
