Katharyn Kay (Arnold) Strobel passed away on October 18, 2022 at her home at the age of 84 surrounded by her family. She was born June 2, 1938 on a farm near Bell City to the late Walter and Della (Thompson) Arnold.
On September 5, 1959, she was joined in Holy Matrimony to Larry Strobel at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Advance, MO. He survives of the home.
She is survived by her three children Kim (Kerry) Lasters of Bell City, Larry Gene (Marsha) Strobel II of Bell City, and Katrina (Tom) Kluesner of Oran six grandchildren Kerry Wayne (Ashley) Lasters of Oran, Trey (Taylor) Strobel of Bell City, LaGena (Blake) Wethington of New Hamburg, Garrett (Lindsey) Kluesner of Oran, William Kluesner and Dallas Kluesner of Oran four great-grandchildren Layton and Logan Strobel and Kinley Kay and Cole Lasters and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters Dorothy Everly and Betty Livingston.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 21st from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Morgans Funeral Home in Advance, MO. Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, October 22nd at 10:00 a.m. at Guardian Angel Catholic Church in Oran, MO with the Reverend Joseph Kelly presiding. Burial will follow at Morgan Memorial Park in Advance.
