Kenneth Gene Gregory, 91, of Advance, passed away September 2, 2023, a the Lutheran Home in Cape Girardeau, MO. He was born February 7, 1932, in Moore, Arkansas, the son of Lem and Velma Shelton Gregory.
Kenneth had worked as loader at Asa Asphalt in Advance for 40 years. He was a member of the Randels General Baptist Church.
Kenneth and Vivian Bowman were united in marriage in December 1957 at Arab, MO and she was preceded in death on January 8, 2013.
Survivors include: a daughter, Glenda Smith of Advance a brother, Pruitt Gregory of Brownwood five grandchildren, Brandon, Sherry, Timesha, Rance and Sarah and 10 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents his wife, Vivian Gregory two daughters, Joanie Marie Gregory and Brenda Porter a son, Randy Gregory two brothers, Larry Neil Gregory and James Gregory and a sister, Patsy Moore.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, from 11:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 p.m. at the chapel with Rev. Leeman Shirrell officiating. Burial will follow at Morgan Memorial Park in Advance.
