Mildred June Proffer, 89, of Advance, passed away February 22, 2024, at her home. She was born July 24, 1934, in Zalma, MO, the daughter of Otto and Lola Ellen Borders Hinkle.
Mildred had career working as a real estate agent and broker. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Mildred and Evertt Proffer were united in marriage, and he preceded her in death on October 10, 1997. She and Albert Elfrink were united in marriage, and he preceded her in death on March 5, 2005. She later married Wilburn Proffer and he preceded her in death on January 4, 2020.
Survivors include: a son, Athony (Deborah) Proffer of Advance several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents husbands and a daughter, Theresa Calvin.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 26, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. at the chapel with Rev. Kevin Rhodes officiating. Burial will follow at Morgan Memorial Park in Advance.
