Brenda Joyce Boyer, 66, of rural Advance, passed away December 25, 2023, after a lengthy illness. She was born March 10, 1957, in Dexter, the daughter of William Ted and Bernice Murphy Rainey.
Brenda had worked as an office manager at Hartline Hardware in Cape Girardeau.
Brenda and Glenn Boyer were united in marriage and he preceded her in death on March 22, 2023.
Survivors include: a brother, Dennis Rainey of Kennett two sisters, Dorothy Lewis of Sikeston and Kathy Mesakul of Titusville, FL and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents her husband and three brothers, William L. Rainey, Harold F. Rainey, and James D. Rainey.
A graveside service will be held February 2, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Morgan Memorial Park in Advance.
